Female Mentoring

What is Female Mentoring?

Mentoring is the cornerstone of what the organization brings to the community by guiding young women in life experiences, fostering a positive self-perception, self-respect, encouraging excellence in education, and the pursuit of positive life-long goals. We develop and foster relationships between members of the 100 Black Men of Los Angeles, the See Your Future Female Mentoring Program, and Young Black Scholars, in order that this relationship would lead to heightened self-esteem for the youth through improved family relations, academic success, social and financial responsibility.
