MENTORING Community Based
Mentoring is the cornerstone of what the organization brings to the community by guiding youth in life experiences, fostering a positive self-perception, self-respect, encouraging excellence in education, and the pursuit of positive life-long goals.
We develop and foster relationships between members of the 100 Black Men of Los Angeles, the See Your Future Mentoring Program and Young Black Scholars, in order that this relationship would lead to heightened self-esteem for the youth through improved family relations, academic success, social and financial responsibility.
Our community based mentoring program meets during the school year from January through May on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month on the campus of West Los Angeles College in the MSA Building.
