What affects oily hair? Go overboard with dry shampoo

    in General Discussions

Do you suffer from oily hair? It may be that this is not a characteristic of your hair, but it may be the consequence of some habits that stimulate the production of sebum on the scalp.

Many times we ignore the instructions of our hairdresser and we venture to be our own beauty stylists without paying much attention to the final result, since before our eyes, “we are doing an excellent job with our hair”.

Take a look at 5 things it probably does that can cause oily hair.

    What affects oily hair?

There are a series of mistakes that you can be making when treating your hair and the answer to this is that it becomes greasy, to avoid this condition it is necessary that you can verify if it is a problem that you may be generating unintentionally and that is affecting your oily hair.

    1. Incorrect finishers

The terminators with oil in the composition can leave hair looking greasy even more. To avoid the problem, the advice is to bet on sprays or ointments that are water-based and, of course, never apply them at the root.

    2. Go overboard with deep cleansing shampoo

This product cleanses hair more intensely, but in excess, it dries it too much, which can stimulate the production of oil to compensate for the imbalance. Use it only once every one to two weeks to avoid the formation of oily hair.

    3. Dryer at the root

When drying your hair, avoid holding the dryer for too long on the strand and near the roots. The heat stimulates the oiliness of the hair, and weakens the hair. Use the appliance 30 cm away from your head and moving it frequently.

    4. Moisturizing mask at the root

The moisturizing masks contain oils in formulas to hydrate the hairs, but if applied at the root, may terminate the intensification of production of sebum. Choose the right product for your hair type and apply it in length only.

    5. Go overboard with dry shampoo

In emergency situations, the product is an excellent ally, but it does not replace a real wash. In excess, it can trigger allergies on the scalp and stimulate oil production.

80% of people experience acute back pain once in their lifetime. Recovery occurs in 90% in 2 weeks time. The pain will settle down with rest, having simple analgesics, applying muscle relaxants and cold packs. Acupuncture is also a good strategy to reduce the pain.Only in 10% of people does acute back pain become chronic.

Yes, when you have healthy hair, you can do any hairstyle. Moreover, today it is not a problem to find a good hairstyle. Nowadays, you can find a hairstyle for any face shape on the Internet. Recently my wife was recommended to read about medium length hairstyles at https://glaminati.com/medium-length-hairstyles-long-thick-hair/. If you are interested, you can read this article.

Health should always be monitored and done correctly. I know some people who wash dry hair with shampoo for oily hair and vice versa. Then they ask why their hair is bad.
