About 15 years ago, we paid $15/hr for a CNA/MedTech to take of my Dad. Today, we pay $22–25/hr to a CNA, $25–30/hr to an LPN, and $40/hr to an RN. Nighttime, a flat rate, not hourly.

The cost has nothing in common with caring for the elderly that requires some knowledge and skills. You can apply to this home health aide agencies near me https://myallamericancare.com/home-health-aide/ as an option. It is an agency with many years of experience in the United States and boasts good and qualified staff. All American Home Care is dedicated to and studying aging. They can open up a lot of new knowledge for you. Hope it will make sense for you. Good luck
