How do I change my body's set point to lose weight?

    in General Discussions

If you are one of the many who is trying to lose weight to get into the new year's outfit, congratulations: you have fallen in the right place

Losing weight is not an easy task, but it is possible if you know what to do. Specifically, if you know the tricks to lose weight without making any special effort.

Most of us have a few extra pounds due to maintaining bad habits or never having incorporated a good one into our routine.

If this is your case, don't worry. Here is a list of tips and tricks that you can follow to see numbers drop on the scale without even realizing it:

    1) use small plates

It is common sense: if the plate is fuller, it will appear that there is more food. Your brain, at least, will interpret it that way.

This was demonstrated by a study published in the ' Journal of the Association for Consumer Research '. The researchers concluded that eating from a smaller container meant eating fewer calories. It's that easy, friend.

    2) Chew slowly

We perceive a feeling of satiety when we have been eating for a long time, so it is advisable to chew slowly to feel satisfied before and thus avoid consuming more calories.

Researchers at the University of Kyushu Fukuoka (Japan) demonstrated this in a study in which they noted that "slowing down the speed with which you eat can be effective in preventing obesity."

To verify this, they divided the participants into three groups: some, devoured the food; others ate 'normal'; and the latter did it slowly. Outcome? Those who ate at a "normal" rate were 29% less likely to be obese.

You know, ' slowly ', like Luis Fonsi.

    3) Hide the 'bad'

We have not found any studies to support this, but we have plenty of experience with failed diets to verify that it is true.

If you are on a diet and want to lose weight, it is best not to have junk food at home. And if you have it –because you have children, because your partner is not on a diet …–, it is best not to have it visible.

Resisting temptation is not easy - tell the infidels -. So, you know, eyes that don't see, heart that doesn't feel.

    4) Eat with the 'other' hand

You can further fool your brain, and therefore your stomach, if you eat with your non-dominant hand. This means that if you are left-handed, do it with the right; and vice versa.

It is proven that those who take the cutlery with their 'other hand' consume around 30% less amount of food.

    5) Don't reward yourself with food

When one is on a diet, they usually look for any excuse to eat what they should not. You know, the forbidden attracts. That is why it is important that you do not fool yourself when you come home tired from work.

"Today I have behaved very well with the regime, I deserve a piece of pizza / a beer / a dessert." No, don't fall. In just two minutes you will have ruined everything you achieved in the day.

    6) Drink lots of water

It sounds like a myth, but it's not: the fuller your stomach, the less food you want to put into it. And the water has zero calories.

In this regard, an investigation published in the 'American Journal of Clinical Nutrition' showed that water intake increased dietary effects. The experts came to this conclusion after analyzing 5,000 references from four databases of scientific articles that linked water consumption with weight loss.

    7) Walk to the sites

The more you move, the more calories you consume and the more you speed up your metabolism (the amount of energy you burn while resting).

So, whenever you can, walk to the sites. Some useful tips: get off one stop earlier and walk the rest of the way, don't take the car to get around or take long walks.

Walking at a slow pace of 1.5 km / hour consumes about 100 calories. In fact, research found that people who walk at a light pace of 5 km / hour burn 270 calories every 60 minutes.

CBD, the short-form of cannabidiol, can be fabricated into a bunch of forms including oils, CBD creams, and tablets. Even though CBD is an active part of the cannabis plant, CBD contains zero psychedelic effects and presents a bevy of health benefits. As a result, the CBD market is a fast-growing one and researchers are studying its effectiveness.

Has someone used CBD pills before? I've heard a lot about them on the Internet, they say they help in the treatment of sleep deprivation and chronic fatigue, is that true?

I think you should consider buying delta 8 gummies online from a trusted store so that you get quality products and save yourself money. Yes, especially if you are a beginner and probably don't know about a particular product, but ordered it. When you're feeling down, you decide that you should try chewing gum instead of tinctures, and I think that would be a good option.
